Are your products suitable for military or professional use?
Absolutely. Our equipment is engineered for mission-critical operations, meeting the demands of military units, rescue teams, and professional technical divers. Our ERDi Professional line is specifically designed for high-performance operational environments.
Do you offer different sizes for your exposure gear?
Yes, we offer our drysuits in multiple thickness options (3mm & 5mm) with various sizing configurations. Please check individual product pages for specific sizing charts and recommendations.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?
We offer two deployment options:

Standard Tactical Delivery: $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Expedition Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deploy gear worldwide to over 60 countries. Some Asian countries and remote regions may have restrictions – contact us if you’re unsure about your location.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International operators are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We provide all necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are issued upon gear deployment (shipping). You’ll receive real-time updates via email from our carrier partners.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day operational evaluation period from date of delivery. Gear must be in original, deployable condition with all tags attached. Initiate returns by contacting command HQ at [email protected].
How long do returns take to process?
Expedited extraction (returns) are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item at our facility.
Who pays for return shipping?
The operator is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
What if I receive damaged or incorrect equipment?
Contact command HQ immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for replacement gear deployment at no additional cost.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and saves your information for future deployments.
